Who issues tokenized stocks — Coinbase, Robinhood, xStocks, Ondo, Dinari and the rest compared?
9 issuers each tokenize twenty or more US shares and ETFs in our data: Backed / Kraken (xStocks) (1,448), BG El Salvador, S.A. de C.V. (Reality) (1,065), Dinari (699), Ondo Global Markets (BVI) (406), Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited (190), Trek Nexus Markets Ltd (Backpack Securities) (78), Coinbase Onchain SPV Ltd (ADGM) (58), S01 Issuer GmbH (ST0x) (49), Jarsy, Inc. / Jarsy (36). The same company is often available from several of them — NVIDIA alone from 9 of these issuers — and the tokens share a price, not a legal structure.
A tokenized stock is never the share itself but a claim issued by someone, and who that is decides almost everything: the legal form (tracker certificate, debt security, SPV claim, depositary receipt), the chain, whether dividends reach you and which market the issuer aims at. The table shows one row per issuer — its NVIDIA token where it has one — and the summary counts how many shares and ETFs each covers.

How to choose
Pick the legal form before the issuer’s brand: a token that is a debt security of a small SPV carries that SPV’s credit risk on top of the share. Check where it trades with depth, whether dividends are paid or reinvested, and whether you can redeem for the share or only sell the token.
More questions
Are tokenized stocks from different issuers the same thing?
No. They track the same share price, but one may be a Swiss tracker certificate (Backed xStocks), another a Jersey debt security (Robinhood), a claim on a BVI or ADGM special-purpose vehicle (Backpack, Coinbase) or a US depositary receipt held through a broker (Dinari). Holder rights, dividends, insolvency treatment and who the product is aimed at all follow from that form.
Which one should I compare first?
Start from the company: the underlying page for a share lists every token on it side by side, with issuer, structure and stated target market. Then check which of them you can actually hold where you live — that is set by the issuer, not by this table.
Which of them can I buy without KYC?
None of them is stated as buyable without KYC. 1 explicitly require it.
