Privacy Policy

How we handle your data, and the choices you have

Who is responsible

This website is operated by NumericalsAI Inc. For any question about the processing of your data, or to exercise the rights described below, contact us at [email protected].

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Server log data. When you visit this site, our server automatically receives technical information that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is necessary to deliver the site and to maintain its security and stability. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Analytics data. Only if you consent, we collect usage statistics via Google Analytics — see the next section.

Contact requests. If you write to us, we process the data you send us in order to answer your message, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

We do not require registration to browse this site, and we do not ask for or process payment data. TokenBank is an information service: we do not hold funds and we do not execute transactions.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). We use it to understand which pages and comparisons visitors find useful, so that we can improve them.

Consent is required and it is opt-in. Google Analytics is not loaded at all until you actively accept cookies in our cookie banner. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no Google script is requested and no analytics cookies are set. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG.

What it stores. After consent, Google Analytics sets cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) containing a randomly generated identifier, and records information such as the pages you view, the time of your visit, approximate location derived from your IP address, referrer, device and browser. We have enabled IP anonymisation, and we have disabled advertising features: ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are all set to “denied”. We do not use Google Analytics data for advertising or remarketing, and we do not combine it with other data sources.

Transfer to the United States. Google may process this data on servers in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of protection (adequacy decision of 10 July 2023). In addition, transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses within Google’s data processing terms, which we have accepted as part of using the service.

Retention. Analytics data associated with cookies and identifiers is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically.

How to withdraw. You can withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future, using the button below. Withdrawal is as simple as giving consent. You can also install Google’s browser opt-out add-on, or read Google’s own privacy policy.

You have not made a choice yet.

Cookies we set ourselves

To remember your cookie choice, we store a single entry called cookieConsent in your browser’s local storage. It holds only the value true or false, is not transmitted to us or to any third party, and is strictly necessary to respect your decision. It remains until you clear your browser storage or change your choice.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.

External links and data sources

TokenBank links to token issuers, protocols and other third-party sites. Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that provider applies; we have no control over their processing and accept no responsibility for it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to legal requirements. The current version always applies and is published on this page.
