How to choose
In the EU the legal form decides access. Tokens offered under an approved prospectus can reach retail investors; programmes that rely on professional-investor exemptions cannot, whatever the venue. Before buying on a secondary market, check the token’s “Who can buy” block and the issuer’s terms.
